Meet the Team
Hatch & Muir was created in 2001 by Wayne Hatch & Robin Muir. The firm’s continued success has been accomplished by adhering to the founder’s principles and vision: “To establish an independent firm developing solutions and providing unbiased, professional advice concerning financial, retirement, and estate planning”
Managing Partner, Hatch & Muir
Robin Muir has been advising and implementing financial strategies with individuals and corporations since 1982. He holds designations as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (CH.F.C.), and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA).
Financial Advisor, Hatch & Muir
Dave Fracy joined Hatch & Muir as a financial advisor in October, 2016. He was born and raised in Victoria and is a graduate of UVIC with a degree in Political Science. Dave holds a FPSC Level 1® Certification in Financial Planning. Dave also brings an extensive business background to the team with a broad skill-set in operations, processes and planning.
Office Manager, Hatch & Muir
Tammy Irvine is the cheerful voice that usually answers the telephone at Hatch & Muir. She has extensive experience in customer service and administration. Before joining Hatch & Muir, Tammy worked as the Operations Manager within the Travel Industry for over 14 years. She looks forward to continuing to provide the same high level of customer service to Hatch & Muir clients.

Wayne Hatch is a native Victorian and a graduate of the University of Victoria. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designations.
Wayne retired August 31, 2013.
